It's Thursday! So, once again I'm linking up with TTT! Come join in all the fun. :)
three things Thursday
For 3 Things Thursday this weeks topic is...

3 Things You Hate to Eat.

1. Raw sushi. I know some of you probably think I'm crazy for saying I don't like raw sushi because I know a lot of people who love it! I for one have not yet found any kind of sushi that I liked. And the idea of eating raw fish kinda reminds me of this guy...

It's too bad though! Because Sushi looks awfully pretty at times. And my husband loves it!

2. Liver.. It's gross! Def on my hate list. My parents used to make me eat it when I was a kid to boost up my iron. But every time I put up a fight. It was so nasty!!

3. Mushrooms.. My husband loves fried mushrooms but I hate them with deep hatred!

What three foods are on your hate list?

If you're a Mama don't forget to come back this Wednesday for our next Mommy 5 link up! After Wednesday Sarah and I will be hosting this Link up every other Wednesday instead of once a  Month.

Tips on losing The Baby Weight.

I have been asked by quite  a few women on how I lost all of my baby weight so soon. So I thought I'd write a blog post about it for all you  mamma's and pregnant mamma's!

1. Start out eating right. I know when you're pregnant there are times when you feel like eating everything in sight.  (At least, I know I did!) There wasn't a day that went by where I wasn't craving a Chick fil a Large Milkshake and a #1. Not a day! But I know the fat/bad sugars/ and calories content on those things were even crazy for a pregnant woman that is supposed to be gaining weight. So I forced myself to be disciplined and I chose one day of the week to eat my desire and that day was Friday. And let me tell you my friend, Chickfila tasted so much more better when I waited for it. And I didn't feel bad about eating it either!
I also recommend healthy snacking  if your craving ice cream substitute with frozen yogurt with strawberries! Or if you want something crunchy and salty like potato chips try eating lightly salted nuts instead and see if that satisfies your craving. And if your craving hot dogs try buying the better and more natural brand. & if you're pregnant you'll be starting your munchkin out on a healthy start!

2. Get moving. Working out was a major thing for me. I wasn't working so I had major time on my hands. But you can do a lot of things and get a good work out. Just be creative. I usually went for a walk daily in my neighborhood and occasionally took my bike for a spin. It was great! It was set aside for Jesus time and quality time with my baby. I really think she even liked walking in my tummy and to this day walking relaxes her.

3. Breast feed. Breast feeding was the thing that really brought me back to my normal weight!  When you're loosing 500 calories daily from breastfeeding alone. That can do the trick! It also saves you lots of $$$!!

I hope this little bit of advice helps! This sums up everything I did while being pregnant and after pregnancy. Don't forget ladies that no matter what you're beautiful, you're valued, and your cherished by Your Heavenly beloved! Heck you're a tiger. Go hear yourself roar! Haha!

Today's question for this link up is
"3 of your favorite movies"

1.  "Emma" with  Gwyneth Paltrow.
I love everything about that movie. The music, romance, the acting, the wardrobe, time period, and the comedy! Plus I love Jane Austin. I honestly think I could live in that century. (as a rich person of course!)

2. LOTR!!  Call me a nerd but ever since The Lord of the rings trilogy  came out they have been my favorite movies! I'm always telling Leon that we need to get Elvish wedding rings with Elvin writings haha!

3. Star wars. Yep, I'm the proud owner of a Star wars shirt. I love all of them and was seriously disappointed that Star wars was sold to Disney. I just don't thing it's gonna work out. =/

What are your top favorites??? XOXO

Three Things Thursday.

Hello beauties!! Today I'm linking up once again with the lovely Myranda & Kristyn for TTT!! Come join in all the fun today as we discuss today's question.

What are 3 of your Favorite Quotes
I'll start out by saying this is gonna be extremely hard for me to just choose three because I'm like the quote queen. I have so many I love and adore so this is gonna be haaard! But here we go!

1.  Acts 20: 24  But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

This scripture is probably one of my tops! I just loves it so much and it's a constant reminder of who I'm really living for. Not myself but my Sweet Jesus. He's the one worth living for! If it wasn't for Him I would be nothing. I would just be existing. Nothing more. He has taught me how to really live!

2. Being a woman doesn't make me a different kind of Christian. But the fact that I am a Christian does make me a different kind of woman - Elizabeth Elliot.

This quote just makes me smile, and I think all her quotes are so beautifully and well said! I really do strive to be that different kind of woman and I pray people notice that Jesus difference! :)

3. Luke: You killed my father!   Darth Vader: No, Luke, I AM your father!  Luke: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
The most epic seen from Star wars  for "The Empire strikes back" Yes, yes I am a nerrrd!

What are your favorite top 3 quotes?? :)

Three Things Thursday.

Hello Lovelies!!  I hope your week is going wonderfully! <3

Today I am linking up with the Pretty Myranda & Kristyn  for the very fun TTT Link up! I'm so excited about this one this morning because well, I love my Momma!!

This TTT topic today is....
3 Things you LOVE about your Mom.

1.I remember one time I was around eleven years old and it was my mom's Birthday. (Which was yesterday btw!) I was eleven so of course I didn't have a job or money for that matter so instead of buying her something I wanted to do something nice for her.

My mom hates dusting, she really does! So for her birthday I decided that I was going to dust all of her old favorite china dish collection for her birthday. So they will be nice and shiny for her when she gets home. (Can you see where this is going?)

The China was on a shelf hanging on the wall. So as I was stepping on a chair leaning on the shelf to grab her china (BOOM!) I lost my balance, the shelf fell and every piece of china is splattered into pieces along with my heart.

I was literally crushed. I thought I was a horrible daughter and that my mom could never forgive me for ruining her Birthday and her life. I broke her favorite China dishes. (Yeah, I was kinda a drama queen back in the day!)

I didn't know what to say. How was I gonna tell her. I just felt like crawling under a rock so I could cry for the rest of my life.

Finally when my mom came home I went out to meet her. I thought it would be wise of me to tell her before she walked into the crime scene in the house.  As the tears came running down my face I mumbled under my breath "I broke your dishes by accident." Thankfully she could understand me because I really didn't want to repeat myself.

She looked really sad at first and I thought she would have gotten so mad. But instead she got a smile on her face and asked me if I was okay? (That second I realized I wasn't going to be condemned for the rest of my life. My mom still might love me!)
"Yes, I'm okay" I replied with a half smile still heart broken about what I had done. I asked her if she was mad and she answered. "Why would I be mad Heather?" It was an accident because you wanted to help me out by dusting my dishes. I couldn't be mad at you for that. I choose you over my dishes any day!"

This is a really long answer to my first. But I would have to say one of my favorite things about my mom is her love and forgiveness. I will never forget this story and the time I realized that I meant more to her than her china. This will be a story I will tell my little darlings about their Grammy.

2. She's down to earth. My mom is one woman I know who doesn't mind getting dirty! I have never heard her say once to not get dirty as kids. She knew we were kids and if we wanted to make mud pies she'd be right along side of us making mud pies with us. She's a very out doors type of woman who loves to be outside getting dirty with her animals. I love that about her.

3. I love that she would go to the moon and back for her children. She loves us that much. She is such a motherly person. Even my friends as kids wanted to adopt her.

Another year

So, as I made it very obvious the past week or so. Yesterday was my 22nd Birthday!  I'm so very blessed that I have lived twenty two years of this life. And I pray out of these twenty two years I have blessed someone daily!

This is another year, Another year to learn from my mistakes, to make daily choices wisely, to never forget to love without holding back and another year to choose whats more important in life.

It's another year to do what I'm most passionate about and that's living for Christ! To make choices of spending more time in His love letter and less time on Pinterest (Ooops) I've realized I've done that quite often.

It's another year to be thankful!
Being thankful for this precious little girl I get to wake up with every morning!

And my hard working husband I get to spoil when he gets home.

And it's another year to wait patiently.
Another year to wait patiently for being more financially stable, to finally buy my own car and to buy a house, and to get my big girl camera.

I have been thinking all morning about what I plan to do with another year that God has blessed me with.. And that's when I decided that I would just give this year to Him. Because He can do much more with this one crazy and precious life of mine than I can.. He can bless more than I can ever imagine, do more, heal more, speak more and listen more. I want Him to be the writer of this story I live in.. I'll just be His fancy sharpie pen. :)

Pictures from yesterday (Caution) There's kinda alot!

Yep, I tried the new chocolate cookie frappe. It was good but not my fav!
So sleepy after walking around the mall.

And finally fell asleep for Lunch. Perfect timing!

Yesterday was such a great day! Momma Riley and I went to the mall and hung out! She bought me some Starbucks and an outfit & we went to Panera Bread for lunch! And during that time I received  a wonderful phone call from my mom & dad!

After that we went to One of our favorite Thrift stores. Well, it used to be anyways.. I wasn't too impressed with our last visit. I hate it how people let things go!

Than we went to our lake by our house. So many memories are planted there. :)

After Leon got home he surprised me by taking me out to dinner. It was lovely. It's always nice to have an adult conversation with no interruptions with my best friend!

I hope all of you are having a fabulous week!! & if you haven't played our Mommy five link up game yet. You still have 5 days before the collections close!

Love all of you. <3

Happy 5 Months Evie!

My piglet's 5 months! Where has the time gone? I feel as though she was just a newborn a few weeks ago. Now she's five months. One month before she becomes half a year old. She really is growing! I have really been loving to experience life and adventures through the eyes of my precious Evelynne. Noticing the newness of  what Spring has to offer, watching momma worship Jesus  (And believe it or not, I really believe babies worship God too! I have no doubt they see Angels as well.)  And seeing new faces. Being a mom is everything I expected and more.. I am more in love, more tired, more joyful and more than blessed. I thank God for where He has put me in life. I am just very blessed. I love you Evie, Happy 5 months!!
At five months my sweet Evie:

Has two bottom teeth. (Seriously people, I'm considering pumping!) She looks so adorable with two bottom teefers.

Is officially eating solid's for breakfast and dinner.

Smiles a lot more often.

Is reconizing faces. (Especially daddy's)

Laughs at the silliest things such as dandy loin puffs blowing in the air.

Recognizes herself in the mirror. And gets   really excited.

Can get on all fours and attempt to crawl but it turns into slugging.

Can drink out of her sippy cup and easily hold things.

Can sit up for a certain amount of time.

Loves grabbing her toes!

Happy five months Sweet Evie!!Mommy and daddy love you soo much!
