1. What would your spouse be happy doing for hours on end?

Watching me shovel snow. Cause I'm MR MUSCLES!!

Haha! I do love to watch my man hard at work ;) Leon loves to play video games. SO I would def say playing video games. NEEERRRD!! =)

2. If you had the money, what would you buy for your spouse today?

A big girl camera.

 I would buy him all of the  video games he wanted. 

3. What show is your spouse currently loving on tv?

Once upon a time.

We're both pretty sucked into "Once upon a time" At the moment.  :) 

4. What is your spouse's favorite (all time or currently) youtube video? Share it with us!

Heather laughs every time she watches this! She also loves utube videos involving babies.  Leon has loved this one from the beginning of time. It has always been one of his favorites! I've chosen this one because he's liked it for the longest. But he likes different video's at a time. He also really likes Rhett and link. 
 

5. Do you and your spouse plan on doing gifts for anniversaries based on traditions? Like the paper for one year etc.

Nope, We're not the tradition type.. We just go with the flow and buy things and surprise each other with things we know they want. 
Not really.. We really like to surprise each other when it comes to stuff like this.

6. How many kids does your spouse want? And if you could only have boys or girls 

which would your spouse prefer?

My wife wants at least 4 kids. And she would def want girls so she could dress them up all tutuish and stuff.
Around 3 or 4ish.. We also really desire to adopt one day.. Oh gosh I honestly don't know! 

7. Would your spouse want to live in the city, country or beach?

Country.. Most def. But she loves the water too!
I think Leon would really like to live in the city. But a very clean city where there was no trash to be found. He would also have to have a back yard. 

8. What is a book you and your spouse have read together that you would recommend to other couples?

The five love languages. Because it helped us in our relationship during Premarital counseling. It really helped us get to know each other to a new level and helped with the communication. :) 
Do I just have to mention one??? Well since Leon already recommended "Love language" I would say "100 questions to ask before you get engaged" It really helped Leon and I see what each other wanted in this relationship and helped it grow. 

For the ladies alone I also really recommend "What is He thinking?" By Rebecca St James. She gave me that book personally and when I read it I loved it! I wish I would have read it before I was even dating. :) 

9. What is your favorite engagement picture? Wedding picture?

 I love this picture when we through cake in  each other's face! It was classic!! =D

I couldn't just pick one! I had to pick two. There's this one because it was Leon's and my first kiss as a Married. couple. It was so wonderful!
 

 I will forever LOVE this one! Leon swept me off my feet and we almost ran over Pastor Joe! haha!
10. What is one piece of advice you would give to those dating, engaged and or newly married?

No sex till marriage fella's.  It's worth it! 
I would encourage them to know how important it is to keep Christ first always! In there dating relationship, engagement and Marriage. Because in each season there will be difficulties and Jesus is the only one who can give us the strength to overcome every situation. And also He's just Awesome! :)

1.  Which one of you (you or your spouse) can go without a mirror the longest?

Haha, He will probably say me, but it's defiantly him!   He's so specific and particular when it comes to his appearance. ;)

2.  Do you have a picture of your spouse in a unique place (for example.. in the car, in the wallet, in your purse, in the bathroom?) and if so, where?

I use a lot of pictures of him as book marks haha! Like pictures you'd put in your wallet. I like to use them as book marks.

3.  Complete the sentence.  "My spouse has more _________ than anyone else I know!"

Colognes!! Definitely!!He has so many for different occasions. He even has a certain cologne for his feet and another for his job.

hmmm.. If I had to choose I would say Stomach the man loves to eat!

6.  What will your spouse say attracts the most attention toward you when you are in a large crowd?
The way I carry myself most likely. ;)
Probably the fact that I'm 22 and I still act like I'm 18 haha! I'm young at heart what can I say? X)

7.  Without looking it up or asking....what is your spouse's zodiac sign?
We wouldn't know cause we don't do that ;)
Haha gosh I have no idea! Leon and I aren't into the whole zodiac thing. X) 

8.  What is the last food item that you both shared in bed?
Well, I had Panera's Strawberry Poppyseed Chx Salad (My fav) & He had very bad Mcdonalds!!

9.  What would your spouse say is the first thing that you did on a date that showed them what you were REALLY like?
I bought her a very expensive dinner. hehehe! 
hmmmm... I was always very quiet and meek on our dates. That pretty much did it all. :)

10.  What did your spouse say they wanted to do more than anything before you were married? Anything?
 Go to a Michael W smith concert.
Bath in Jello.... Weird! haha

Today I am linking up with  these beauties Karla & Veronica!!   Thanks so much for hosting again ladies! <3   1.  If you could go on any trip for your anniversary, where would it be? I've always wanted to go to Paris and enjoy a nice cup of Paris coffee in a Paris Cafe'. I'd want to go on a romantic get away like the Caribbeans.  2.  Is there a chore that you don't do, but your spouse does, and vice versa? Well, I do all of the house chores pretty much. Which is fair because he brings home the bacon. So I clean the house and he cleans the streets. :) True that home girl. :) 3.  Is there a piece of clothing of yours that your spouse would get rid of? Ha yes! All of my mustache accessories!! He hates my stache fab because he thinks it's too teenager.. I seriously can't help the fact I dress young.. & he dresses like He's 30. But I'm okay with that! I always find him lookin good in his suits. Nope! She likes my sexy attire.  4.  What does your dream house look like? Oh, my dream house.. This could take a LONG time to write! My dream house. I dream of a house with a farm porch that goes all around the house with roses. A house  with 6 bedrooms, 2 offices (one for Leon and the other for my writing) & a basement kept for ministry. I dream of a big kitchen with an island table. With wooden floors with a piano and a fire place in the Living room and  with Old fashioned Victorian decor. And a nice size back yard with a tire swing.  A mansion with lots of doors and rooms with all the bells and whistles!   5.  Is there a movie that you and your spouse watch because you love it so much? We really don't watch movies.. I mean sometimes we do but we mostly watch TV series. :) Not really, we're pretty big on hit TV series though! We wait to watch them on Netflix. Right now we're watching "Lost". 6.  What are 5 songs that would be on your road trip soundtrack? It honestly depends who's making it! haha. If it were me it would be 1. Taylor Swift. "Sparks Fly" 2. Josh Groban. "You are loved" 3. Keith Urban. "Days go by" 4. Kari Jobe . "Your My Healer"  5. Tenth Avenue North "Your my beloved". (That song makes me cry sometimes) <333 Leon's would be all mixtures of Gospel, rap, gangsta, maybe country, and metal. Yep! =)    I honestly haven't been really making playlists. I just listen to the radio so really anything on there. :)  7.  What was your favorite date, either while you were dating or when you were married? I really treasure our very first date. It was like my first date ever so the newness was so exciting. I remember being so nervous and Leon being so calm.. (Except when he almost ran off the road from checking me out haha!) But it was great! That was the date when I really realized I wanted to spend my whole life with him!  Though the only thing I wish I could change about it was my attire. I was so insecure in my skin back then it was crazy! I wish I could have went back in time and gave myself a shopping spree for some fashionable clothing. :)   Our first date when we went to Carrabbas. Because that's when we really started to get to know each other. It was a lot of fun!     8.  What is your spouse's favorite meal? He's a meat lover and is a huge fan of 5 guys cheeseburgers! But if we're talking home cooked meals. He loves my Meat loaf with Mac & cheese with a veggie. I usually cook it for him when he's had a hard week. She really likes Pizza!    9.  When your spouse is sick, what do you do to make them feel better? The answer to this is simple.. I pray over him, love over him, quote healing scriptures over him and repeat. Until my husband is well again.  I help her around the house and stuff.  10.  What was your favorite gift that you put on your wedding registry? Probably my dishes and Salad tosser. I love my flower plates and mugs and my salad tosser is sooo convenient! :)   I would have to say when our premarital counselors paid for our hall for us. It was so kind of them. 

 

The Newlywed game {link up}

  Today I am linking up with the beautiful  Karla and  Veronica   for the link up today!! 1.  What is the funniest thing your spouse has done?  Oh gosh, He's done so many things that made me laugh until my eyes popped out (Not literally!!) So, I'll just tell you a very memorable thing I will never forget! It was the Sunday after Leon and I were Married and He had to open the service with announcements and prayer. As he was doing the announcement he mentioned "So, as you guys know Heather and I were married on Friday... And the Lord said be fruitful and multiply WOOOHOO!!!   That is a moment at our church we will never forget.. I believe he put everyone in a laughing spell that day haha!   She married me. haha! 
2.  What is your idea of a good date? I'm a very simple lady.. My idea of a good date is a coffee date. Going to a unknown coffee shop as we talk about our relationship with Jesus and each other. Holding hands while asking random questions in between like "If you could change your name, what would it be?" And after that going for a long walk as we watch the sun go down. With lots of pictures to follow after. #Hopelessromantichere!   A fancy date, with good quality quisine, expensive wine, quality time and  heart to heart conversations. 3.  What is your favorite memory of you and your spouse? Probably our first date! It was wonderful!  The honeymoon ALL the way.  4.  What are some activities/hobbies that you and your spouse do together?  We love to go on walks, watch hit TV series, and go out to dinner. :) Yep, Heather nailed it!
5.  Why do think your marriage/relationship is successful? Because God is and forever will be the center of it! Our relationship isn't successful because of us. In fact if It wasn't for God we probably wouldn't have been together in the first place.. Our relationship was founded on faith and with the help of our Main Love it will forever live in faith until we both go home! Because of Jesus!! And communication..... And sex. 6.  What is your spouse's dream job?  Is he/she currently in it? Yes, I believe so! Leon's dream job is whatever The Lord wants him to do. And for the time being it is a police officer. But later he wants to be a Pastor. It has been spoken over him his whole life. Though Leon and I both believe He's a pastor now.. It doesn't take a certificate to be a Pastor. It takes a man after God's own heart. He will definitely be Pastoring on the streets.  A house wife and yes. :) 7.  What is the best gift your spouse ever gave you? This may sound ewy goey to some but if I were to answer honestly, I would say himself.. And his whole self. Sex in Marriage is the best gift a man and a woman could give each other. I feel so upset when the media teaches otherwise. Her Love. 8.  Where do you see you and your spouse in the next 10 years? I see us doing a lot more ministry, being better off financially and Lord willing more kids. Triplets maybe?? Deeper in love with a much deeper groweth in the Lord! Triplets huh?? 9.  Is marriage everything you expected it to be?  Is it much harder than you thought it would be? Why? I was actually gonna do a blog post about this in the future! I still can I guess :) The answer is yes and no. Sometimes it's better than I thought it would be and other days I really miss the single years. When your married you have to be 100% selfless and  100%  sold out to love. Sometimes it's hard to let go of self and put on selfless.  Especially as a Police officers wife I am learning this. And Jesus is teaching me day by day to be the wife He wants me to be..But Leon makes being married  much easier! He's so easy to love! <3   It is what I expected. I expected there to be hard times and I expected there to be good times.   10.  Who is your spouse's celebrity crush and do you look like them? Haha Leon and I really don't have celebrity crushes. Back in the day I crushed on Leon so much I actually told him that in a text. "If you were a celebrity, You'd be my celebrity crush." Not that we don't find celebrities good looking at all. But honestly, I have not met anyone cuter than my man in uniform!   Ha, I'm her celebrity crush! <333 Pictures of Leon and I during the early years of our courtship.. Leon's man handling my guitar. :)

The Newly wed game [Link Up]

1.  What are three things you love about your spouse? Smile, Personality, body  His passion for Jesus, His goofiness,  and the fact that he's so random! 2.  What are two things you love about your relationship with your spouse? She takes care of me and it's always an open relationship. The fact that we're open. We're willing to talk about anything! And that we are best friends keeping God first in our relationship. :)      3.  What is your favorite tv show to watch with your spouse? At the moment "Prison break"   "Prison Break" and soon to be taking on "Once upon a time" 4.  When did your spouse know, you were the one? Bible Study  Definitely Bible study! There's no going back there!  5.  What is your favorite dating memory with your spouse? Our Honeymoon in Ocean city. oooh yea!!  Ahh there's so many! I'd have to say our very first date. <3 6.  What is your spouse's go to saying when he/she gets frustrated? "Well!"    FREAKIN!!!     7.  What is something your spouse loves to hear you say? "I love you"   I made you cookies!! 8.  Wedding vows: Who chose them or wrote them and what was your favorite part of them? "Til death do us part"   We did the traditional wedding vows because we loved it so much! Maybe if we ever renew our vows we'll write our own. But I have to say my favorite part is when We talk about how we'll stand by and take care of each other no matter what until death! For better and for worse.
9.  What is something you convinced your spouse to change after you got married? (Think like, a habit or choice of products, etc)  Making sure the door is unlocked when I get home.   To stop eating at McDonald's!! He still goes sometimes but not nearly as much.  10.  What does your spouse have going to the championships on his/her basketball bracket and why?   To be honest we actually had no idea what this question meant until we heard answers from others haha! We don't really do sports other than play them. We would go to a game but to watch it on TV. We'd rather be making out ;)

 

The Newlywed Game #10!!

 

 1) Where was the proposal? How did it all go down? In the walking path at my wife's house.  I put the ring in the bible where  "our" Bible verse was highlighted.   I have a very special place in my walking path in the woods where I would go to pray and talk to The Lord.. It was so special because so many things has happened there and God has shown me so many things. Leon knew how special that place was to me so he thought he'd plant another great memory there by proposing to me on a cold November day. 2) Name one thing that makes you similar to your spouse,
and one thing that makes you totally opposite from your spouse.   Similar: We love Jesus. Opposite: everything else.    I'd have to say the same.. We both love Jesus but we are very different when it comes to everything else! ;) 3) When was your very first date? What did you do?    Carrabbas, we ate and talked.   Carrabbas, He looked so good in his monkey suit! We had dinner and talked about The Lord and relationships.  
4) How many boy or girlfriends did your spouse have before you?    zero. I'm pretty sure he only had one before me. :)
5) Complete the sentence: My spouse is a natural born ________.  Mother.    There's so many things my husband is a natural born at! Some I'm proud of and others well, I'd rather not say haha! But I would definitely say he's a natural born at "working"  and taking "Leadership" at work.   6) Our marriage would be absolutely perfect if we could just agree on __________.    Movement speed.   OOh agreed 100% We were just having problems with that this morning at the Flea Market.. He's Mr. Speedy and I'd rather go slow and take my time. :)  7) Which of these does your spouse have more of, in your opinion?  Sense of Humor, Sense of Time, Sense of Adventure, Common Sense. Sense of humor.    Common sense.  8) Where is the oddest location you have ever shared a kiss with your spouse? In the nursery at church.  In a Haunted house at the beach.. I seriously don't know what we were thinking! It was so awkward to me.      9) Complete this sentence: I knew I had found the love of my life when my spouse, ______. Told me she'd be doing my laundry.    Told me he wanted to be a Pastor. 10) Explain the outfit that you love most on your spouse. The one that shows the most skin.     I really like his button up shirts that show some of his chest hair, with jeans and sandals.. SEXXXY!
